Who Is Welcome

This is a women's community — a space for women, by women. That is the one boundary we keep, so that this can be a safe and gentle place for sisters to speak freely.

Within that, our door is wide. You are welcome here whether you are Trinitarian or Unitarian, whether you are Christian, Jewish, or Muslim, whether you have kept these ways for years or are only just beginning to wonder about them. You do not have to already believe what we believe, or agree with everything on this site, to sit at the table with us.

House of Miriam holds its own convictions — the oneness of the Father, Yeshua as the human Messiah, and the enduring instruction of the Torah — and we share them openly and honestly. But we share them as an invitation, never as a test at the door. Come as you are. Ask your questions. Bring your own tradition and your own story.

In short: every woman is welcome; we simply ask that this remain a space for women. Kindness, honesty, and respect for one another are what we ask of everyone who gathers here.
